We are investors. We invest in people, projects, communities, and businesses. Through years of due diligence, trial and error, we have refined our process to ensure we create robust opportunities and we strive to deliver these at the correct time.
Our investment activities are for our own funds along with a select few high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors and institutions, with whom we conduct a thorough risk assessment before commencing any new project.
This branch of our business is not actively promoted as we choose to work with a handful of close partners rather than a large pool of impersonal investors. Our ethos is to treat their investment like it was our own which means we offer a very personal level of service. We believe in transparency, education, and self-reliance.
We have a pool of different opportunities which deliver cash flowing and capital growth investments to us. We manage cross-asset class portfolios using our combined skills and knowledge. Our investment strategy is always based upon a carefully considered risk profile. Our investment portfolio includes secured first and second charge property lending, private equity investments and currency hedging.
